As per the OHSA, all practical training and testing is done at your facility. 
The operator is tested on the equipment they operate, their work tasks
and the environment in which they work in. Results? Improved competency,
increased comfort level for the operator and good practice of due diligence.
COURSE ONE
 
Trainability Evaluation for Operators
This course is designed to determine if an inexperienced person has the ability to learn how to apply safe material handling operating procedures.  Designed for individuals with no previous lift truck experience, we recommend that this course be incorporated as part of the practical job interview process.
   
 
COURSE TWO
Forklifts - New Operator - Skill Based  
Both theoretical and practical in nature, this course is intended for individuals with limited or no previous experience on lift trucks.  This course is designed to convert a potential operator with no experience into a qualified operator with knowledge of the machine he or she operates, the product handled, safe operating procedures and workplace practices. Certificate issued upon successful completion.
 
   
COURSE THREE
 
Forklifts - Existing Upgrade Operator -Skill Based  
In too many cases, operators function on lift trucks with virtually no training.  Both theoretical and practical in nature, this course is designed to ensure that operators, who were never taught the fundamentals of lift truck operation and safety, understand their responsibilities and apply safe and correct operating procedures.  Certificate issued upon successful completion.
 
   
COURSE FOUR
 
Forklifts - Refresher Operator - Skill Based  
Both theoretical and practical in nature, the purpose of refresher training is to improve operators skills and reinforce the importance of safe and efficient lift truck operation. Certificate issued upon successful completion.
   
 
 
COURSE FIVE
 
Instructor Development - Forklifts, Overhead Cranes and Scissor Lifts  

These courses, taught individually or combined, cover the principals and techniques of instruction, both theoretical and practical for new instructors as well as those instructors with training experience in areas other than material handling.

The practical courses offered in this series are conducted on client premises and tailored to client's individual equipment, product and environmental needs, and cover the full range of powered industrial trucks, overhead cranes and scissor lifts.

Upon successful completion, the instructor is fully qualified, competent and has the ability to train adult operators for effective material handling operations. The instructor is also aware of both their legal responsibilities and the organization's safety policies. Certificate issued upon successful completion.

 
   
COURSE SIX
 
Powered Pallet Trucks - Skill Based Operator's Course  
A pallet truck is an elevating device and as such all operators must be trained. This course is designed for both experienced and inexperienced operators. Theoretical and practical sessions cover the safe and effective operation of walkie/rider pallet trucks. Certificate issued upon successful completion.
 
   
COURSE SEVEN
 
Manager and Supervisor Material Handling Training – Forklifts, Overhead Cranes and Scissor Lifts  

These courses are recommended for managers and supervisors who are responsible for safety and loss control and are designed to provide these individuals with the knowledge and expertise for accident prevention, monitoring material handling operations and implementing effective productivity improvement programs.

Both theoretical and practical in nature, the practical portion of these courses are tailored to the specific kinds of equipment used at client facilities, and can cover forklift trucks, overhead cranes and scissor lifts. Certificate issued upon successful completion.

 
   
COURSE EIGHT
 
Overhead Cranes - Skill-Based Slinger's/Operator's Course  
Both theoretical and practical in nature. this course is recommended for experienced and inexperienced operators who are required to operate cab, radio or pendant type cranes, along with attachments and rigging procedures. Certificate issued upon successful completion.
 
   
COURSE NINE
 
Scissor Lifts - Skill-based Operator's Course  
Both theoretical and practical in nature this course is recommended for experienced and inexperienced operators and is designed to provide personnel with the knowledge to operate aerial work platforms, such as scissor lifts, knuckle boom, straight boom and push-around in a safe and effective manner. Certificate issued upon successful completion.
 
   
COURSE TEN
 
Skid Steer and Wheel Loaders  
Both theoretical and practical in nature this course is recommended for experienced and inexperienced operators and is designed to provide personnel with the knowledge to operate this type of equipment in a safe and effective manner. Certificate issued upon successful completion.
 
   
Material Handling Attachments Training
 
Instruction covers a wide range of general attachments such as : Paper roll clamps, Load pushers, Load push/pulls, Carton clamps, Revolving clamps, Sideshifters and Drum clamps. In addition, we provide training on attachments for specific applications in industries such as pulp and paper, food, chemical, primary metal, tobacco and general warehousing.
