Since 1978 FTT has trained thousands of operators in all types of industry on a wide variety of Material Handling Equipment. 		SHUNT TRUCK Presented by Humber College (Theory & Practical). On numerous occasions we find that companies are not aware that shunt truck operators require training to be in compliance with OHSA. 		SCISSOR LIFTS – KNUCKLE BOOM – STRAIGHT BOOM PERSONNEL LIFTS If you have a lift platform then you have come to the right place, there are numerous accidents associated with aerial work platforms. These lifts are such an integral part of industry and many times are overlooked when it comes to ensuring that the operator is competent. 		FALL PROTECTION Fall protection does not only apply to wearing the correct harness or lanyard, in many cases when people are climbing to heights over 3 meters anchor/tie off points are not present. FTT and its partners will engineer, design and install a system in your operation also train your personnel in the correct fall protection procedures.

		OVERHEAD/MOBILE CRANE TRAINING & RIGGING If you work around cranes, slings and rigging, it is your responsibility to be familiar with the tools, equipment and how to use them safely. A competent rigger will tell you every lift can be divided into 3 parts. LIFTING DEVICE – HITCH – LOAD Make sure that your operators understand what type of sling is to be used, understand applied load angles because once it is of the ground it is too late. These machines can move tremendous amount of product but at the same time if not operated by competent operators they can cause lots of damage to product – building - production equipment or anything that gets in their way.
